USE OF THE PREMISES:
1) Warehouses.
2) All businesses with use or promoting alcohol, slot machines, lotteries and games of chance are strictly prohibited. The space cannot be used for catering, and no food processing is authorized.
The lease concluded between the tenant and the owner will have a term varying from 3 to 5 years. A security deposit equivalent to two months' rent will be required by the owner, and will be returned at the end of the lease.
A personal guarantee from the company administrator may be required if the tenant is an incorporated or registered business.
The monthly rent will increase according to inflation as calculated by Statistics Canada or by a minimum of 2% per year, including the year of renewal.
