1.) During the term of the Lease, the Lessee, at its expense, will maintain and provide a copy to the Owner of liability insurance and property damage insurance bodily. The amount must correspond to at least two million dollars ($2,000,000.00). He agreed that homeowner's insurance does not cover personal property and property of the lessee.
2.) The lessee agrees that smoking of any kind of substance is prohibited on the premises during the term of the lease. (Ex: cannabis, tobacco, shisha, electronic cigarettes)
3.) The lessee agrees that no pets is allowed during the term of the lease.
4.) The lessee must read and agree to building's rules and regulations.
5.) Once the keys are provided to the lessee, the lessee must provide a Proof of insurance and that services have been transferred
6.) Damage caused by tenants during the lease will be at their expense. Normal wear and tear will be considered acceptable.
7.) Lessee is not allowed to paint or make any modification without prior written consent from the LESSOR.
8.) Lessee agrees to submit e-transfers for the entire term
9.) The costs of move-in and move-out imposed by the co-ownership are at the expense of the tenant
