RENTAL CONDITIONS 1. No sublets - short or long term (NO AIRBNB) 2. No painting permitted or holes in the walls without the LESSOR's prior agreement (plumbing and wires might be damaged) 3. The residence shall be returned in the original state prior to leasing. A walk-through at the beginning and end of lease will be done to verify 4. LESSEE shall provide credit references, proof of employment, past lessor reference 5. LESSEE's insurance required, proof to be provided at lease signing and before occupancy (2 million liability required) 6. Any repairs of an ordinary nature or maintenance is the responsibility of the LESSEE 7. Repairs to appliances, heating, AC and other (other than from tenant's misuse) is the responsibility of the LESSOR 8. This is a NON-smoking property 9. Pets not allowed unless a very small animal (case by case)
