During the Lease:

same condition as when rented, including all inclusions and maintaining the floors
and walls in good condition.
17. Mandatory Visit Accommodations: If the lease is not renewed, the tenant must allow visits from prospective tenants with 48 hours' notice. The same applies to potential buyers if the unit is listed for sale during the lease term.
