The Lessor shall provide to the Lessee two(2) complete sets of all necessary keys and fobs and/or remote controls (last two where applicable). The Lessee shall return all keys, and remote controls at the end of the lease term and shall be responsible, at their own expense, to replace all keys, fobs and remotes if missing or damaged.

If the Lessee wishes to install anything on the walls, Lessee must first get the approval of the Lessor.

If the Lessee requires a connection for an electrical car, the Lessor will install the necessary connection at the Lessors full expense.

For Bell or Videotron etc. the unit is pre-wired. All new connections must be approved by the Lessor.
