4. Tenants declare that they will undertake and maintain civil insurance of $2,000,000 at their own expense for the duration of the tenancy and provide a copy of the insurance policy to the broker or to the owner prior to occupancy.
5. Animals are not permitted unless authorized by owners.
6. The Lessee is responsible for reading the relevant condo rules, subsequently attached, established by the condo management and agrees to abide by these rules, and all future rules set out by them, upon signing the lease agreement. This implies that the Lessee is liable to pay any fines resulting from his/her failure to observe the condo rules.
7. The Lessee may not change the lock of the unit.
