report and background check;
11 - Tenant(s) must allow the lessor access to the property with 24 hours' notice for seasonal
furnace filter changes.;
12 -- All occupants living in the property must belong to the same family, and the number of people
suitable for the home is limited;
13 - No animals.
14 - When painting walls or ceilings, only use light-coloured paint.
