10- No painting, modification, renovation or alteration of the property without the direct written consent of the landlord and/or his representative.

11- The landlord will need to have access to the property 3-4 times a year to perform services and maintenance of the furnace. A 24 hour notice will be provided.

12- The tenant acknowledges that after having given his notice of termination of his lease, the landlord may announce that the property is for rent. Tenant acknowledges that landlord may arrange viewings for potential tenants and that 24 hours notice will be given to them.
