Easements, encroachments charges and other findings according to the certificate of location prepared by Gabriel Langlais, land surveyor dated July 5, 2024 under the number (minute 41), and this said certificate of location is available for consultation to the buyer.
Notwithstanding the requirements of Act 96 respecting the official and common language of Quebec, stipulating that the documents of a real estate transaction must be drawn up in French, the seller agrees to receive promises to purchase drawn up in English, but reserves the right to respond to them in French in accordance with the law.
