Short-term rental possible (minimum 3 months). Pets are welcome. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the property, including marijuana. Conditional on a credit check at the tenant's expense, references, letter of employment to the satisfaction of the landlord within 48 hours of acceptance of promise to lease. If the landlord is not satisfied, they will render the promise to lease null and void. The lessee must provide liability insurance of at least $2,000,000 before signing the lease, and provide a copy to the landlord. A deposit of $1,000 for the furniture should be paid when the lease is signed and reimbursed at the end of the lease, if everything is in order. Additional bed for 2nd bedroom can be purchased by landlord according to tenants' needs. Exclusions may be added for a supplement.
