The seller declares that the property is not subject to any easements, with the exception of a right-of-way easement along the path leading from the public road to the wharf, as reported in the deed, a copy of which was published in the registry office of the land district of Labelle under number 79897, and an aqueduct easement as stipulated in the deed, a copy of which was published at the aforementioned location under number 80152, to the extent that such easements affect the property that is the subject of this agreement; the purchaser does not waive the benefit of prescription or any other rights and remedies that it may be entitled to assert against these easements and other encumbrances. Since it is impossible to precisely locate the location of such easements and since there is no survey on file, it is the buyer's responsibility to inquire about their nature and location and, if applicable, to comply with the relevant standards.
